Koji is internationally renowned and highly regarded as an upcoming chocolate artist. In recent times Koji has focused on chocolate airbrush work and he is reputed as the best internationally. Koji has a unique ability for balancing, taste, texture and artistry in his patisserie products.

Admission Tickets to the Chocolate Rush Chocolate Festival, held at the Melbourne Showgrounds, Epsom Road, Ascot Vale includes entry into the festival, a showbag, demonstrations in the chocolate market, some tastings, the "Masters at Work" series, access to the Australian Chocolate Championships where you can cast your vote in the people's choice awards, the regional food and wine area, live entertainment and much more...........

If you are over 18yrs you will also have access to the chocolate wrestling during the festival.


Also available are a variety of specialty chocolate classes (see below).

 
Kids Chocolate - Kids Kitchen Spacer Kids Chocolate - Kids Kitchen
From 8 to 9 August
Kids Kitchen this year will be offering a variety of chocolate cooking classes for our younger chocoholics. Classes are aimed for kids aged between 3-10 years (kids must be accompanied by an adult).Learn how to make chocolate balls or cake decorating. Each session starts with an educational introduction to chocolate, everyone in the class will get an information sheet, recipe, as well as take home the item/s they make. These classes are hand on chocolate making not baking. Spaces are limited so bookings are essential. Tickets to Kids Kitchen include general admission in to the festival for the day of the class.
